Can I put A lanyard on to the Gotek S?

Yes, you can. The Gotek S comes with a lanyard hole.


 

What is the material of the Gotek S device?

The main body is made from PC


 

Why does the PockeX get hot while charging?

While charging, the power will release heat to the device, the device also needs to release the heat, so the device gets hot (especially the bottom of the device) it is perfectly normal.

What’s more, if you charge the device on wall power with a wall adaptor, please make sure that the wall adaptor output is 5V, 1A. We don’t recommend using phone adaptors (5V, 2A) to charge the device.


 

What is the best charger or adaptor for PockeX?

We recommend that the charger or adaptor specification is: 5V,1A


 

Where to get a replacement drip tip for PockeX?

The drip tip of PockeX is the same one as Nautilus X.


 

Why does the PockeX flash 10 times then stop working?

PockeX has an automatic cutoff function. If the continuous fire time reaches 10 seconds, the light will flash blue or orange color 10 times and stop working. You need to let your PockeX have a break, then it will continue to work normally.


 

Can I use Nautilus X coils on PockeX?

PockeX and Nautilus X coils use the same U-Tech technology, but Nautilus X coil cannot be used on the PockeX and PockeX coils also cannot be used on the Nautilus X.
