In the interests of ensuring the quality of our products and to protect the rights of our customers, Aspire has introduced an new and improved 3 step product verification system. It consists of a new 3D hologram sicker displaying the word GENUINE in different sizes depending on the way it is viewed, a QR code that takes the customer directly to our website for the purposes of checking the third stage, the scratch off panel that reveals the verification code to be used in the verification process.
This new sticker will be placed on all new products released in future. We will of course still have existing products in the market that carry our current verification stickers, these are still valid and will still be able to be checked on our website as usual. We encourage all our customers to scan the QR codes to visit the website as they become available on our new products, and to continue to use the existing stickers to verify authenticity of their purchase. It’s important that customers use both the old stickers and the new QR code based stickers as they become available as our after sales policy is only valid on genuine original Aspire products. We therefore urge our customers only to buy only from an authorized Aspire source.
