Before inserting the pod to the mod, please make sure the clips are fine and in place, not slanted, and while inserting the pod to the mod, please don’t press the side releasing buttons.
Furthermore, please don’t pull the pod out of device before the pod is totally released. The best way to avoid breaking the connecting clips on the Breeze 2 as well as the Nautilus AIO is to hold the unit upside down and then press the side releasing buttons and dropping the pod unit into the palm of your hand. This will avoid accidentally pulling up on the pod when one of the clips has not been fully depressed.
